This project is based on the concept of representation of a wave in motion. Its program is implemented as an area with eight commercial spaces and a parking garage in the basement. It seeks to express a sense of sophistication, monumentality and contemporaneity. The exterior design is based on joining the main structure of the building with a sculptural column made by the artist Kai.
