Architectural Art (Komplex)
Architectural Art rises as a landmark over the landscape and is presented as a development that combines mixed uses in a project that seeks to energize its immediate urban environment.
A 15-level tower with concave faces is visually displaced from a 2-level podium, which houses commercial spaces and restaurants. A continuous volume in the form of an “L” frames the whole program as it is reflected with a smaller volume to embrace both vehicular and pedestrian access.
The project breaks up with the established conventions of rigid architectural form and also generates an exchange between the plastic arts through the integration of mural painting and sculptural elements in the built space.
