Responding to the need to satisfy the tourism demand for new visitors, the hotel appears as a weave in the most important growth area of the city.
The design aims to capture the shape of a moving wave through its glazed facades, which provides transparency and natural light inside, in contrast to the concrete structure of its side facades. In the lobby, a warm space welcomes the visitors with a combination of design, art and music, creating a holistic sensory experience.

The architectural program includes 160 rooms. Business facilities as well as a public restaurant are located on the first floors of the hotel. While the swimming pool, Gym - Spa and Sky bar are located on the top 2 floors offering panoramic views of the city.
