Project
The innovation of this project is accomplished through the integration of its grid, which achieves the fragmentation of glass on the facade, creating a perfect balance between solid and translucent materials. This innovative site houses 32 apartments with a parking area and a shared amenities space for all its residents.
The cheerful and playful character of the façade has allowed the creation of different shapes through its grid, which facilitates the handling of the materiality of the complex.
Glass, marble, brick and black paint are the main materials used to fully achieve this design.
